Have a Seat!

Tired of the same old white chair covers? Me too!

If you are looking to spice up your reception chairs and want a modern alternative to the traditional chair cover, this one’s for you!

Whether you have a large or moderate budget there are options for every price point.

For the luxury bride, here is one particular trend that I am downright in love with, the ruffled chair cover also known as Romeo and Juliet. These beauties are postively magical and the perfect accent for any fairy tale wedding.

Chair accessories are another great way to dress up your chairs with out having to use an actual cover. This would work best with either a chivari or ghost chair. Embellishments such as rosettes, flowers, monograms and stretch bands are a popular choice.

For all our DIY brides out there here is another one of my favourite trends, ribbons!

This would be an inexpensive way to add colour and a little pizzazz to your chairs. I wouldn’t suggest doing this to all guest chairs unless your having a smaller wedding but perhaps every other one or simply for the bride and groom.

Don’t be afraid to be adventurous with your chairs by sticking to the norm. Whether you are imaginative or resourceful think big and have some fun with your chairs, it will really make a big difference!

“It isn’t so much what’s on the table that matters, as what’s on the chairs.” –William S. Gilbert
